Recently opened in 2014; the restaurant is open 7 days a week. Mediterranean Itatilian cusine with an open aired kitchen that gives the guests first hand look into their meal preparation. The restaurant has 215 seats inside and out.

Placement Info

The 12 month placement includes the following departments and positions:

Restaurant, Expeditor (2 months) 
Learning to visually inspect monitor food quality, verify temperature, judge appearance and taste product to ensure quality before the food is brought to the table; learn to communicate orders and information between the front of house and back of house and delivered in a timely way. Learn how to describe and present the menu item to the guests while providing the best customer service. Ensure stations and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by supervisor.

Restaurant, Server (6 months) 
Learn opening and closing duties of restaurant, food and beverage service procedures; department training procedures; take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests; use suggestive selling techniques; control guest checks and secure proper payment; use point-of-sale computer system to record, track food and beverage requests and payments; ensure service standards are met; ensure customer satisfaction.

Restaurant, Supervisor (4 months) 
Learn American food and beverage service procedures; point-of-sale computer system; coordinate day-to-day operation of the restaurant; participate in skills- matching, teaching and training, and informing employees of important information; assist in daily pre-shift meetings and attend required meetings; monitor operations, support and assist the staff, and inform management of any pertinent information; assist in providing quality and consistent training as an expert, coach, and/or mentor to employees and apprise management of any pertinent information; upselling techniques; sidework assignment and control; ordering procedures for all food and beverage supplies; food and beverage cost control strategies; creation of daily, weekly and monthly forecasts; labor cost control; staffing and scheduling procedures; revenue reporting; employee gratuity distribution; payroll procedures and adjustments; ensure customer satisfaction; follow up on problems, complaints; opening and closing duties of restaurant manager.

Restaurant server and Expeditor will earn $5.03/hr plus service charge and tips. On average you can expect aprox $15.00 per hour based on history. Keep in mind this not guaranteed.

Benefits included a complimentary meal per shift worked. FOH we provide uniform shirts, but you MUST bring your ownblack pants, black belt and black non slip shoes. The restaurant will provided airport pick up to your housing destination, as long as you communicate with Rhonda before booking your flight.
